The Division ICT Unit together with the HR Personnel conducted update and review on Service and Profile Module in EHRIS.
It was decided by the team that the Detail/Service Record Module will be NO LONGER EDITABLE and as well as the LBP Account Number in the Profile Module since most of the teachers put false data.
Teaching and Non-Teaching Personnel who wants to update their Service Record data, should make a request through 'Document Request Module" (A new module in EHRIS).
Here are also the following Updates.
1) The new Research Module. You can now download the available research resources and newsletters developed by teachers.
2)Document Request Module (Where you can request for update of service record, leave balance, softcopy of Service Record, Certificate of Last Payment, Certificate of Employment, NOSA.NOSI and DSO).
3) Updated Payslip System for DPSU.
